At Mestres Pintura Industrial, we specialise in industrial painting – powder, liquid and other complementary services – for all types of surfaces with different needs and characteristics. We have more than 100 years of experience during which we have developed our 360º methodology which allows us to guarantee the highest quality, resistance and durability for all our industrial coating and advanced surface treatment projects.
Our 360º methodology
At Mestres Industrial Painting, we believe that the success of an industrial painting process depends on an integrated vision of all the phases in the process. For this reason, we have developed our own methodology with added value that allows us to guarantee absolute quality, resistance and durability for any type of part, even those that need and require particularly difficult preparations and paint treatments (highly anticorrosive treatments, coatings for extremely demanding parts or those that require particular functional solutions, among others).
This methodology goes beyond the mere application of paint. It’s based on a combination of our 100 years of experience and history with our 360º vision. In addition, our constant focus on innovation allows us to identify and correct any issues that may affect painting needs, and adapt to the sector by continuously evolving and improving.
Prior to the painting process, we carry out an exhaustive analysis of the parts to determine all of their specific needs. This allows us to analyse and get involved in the design and typology of each piece, as well as detect any weaknesses. We always adapt to our customers’ needs, and we analyse in detail which of all our processes is best suited to maximise guarantees according to the determining factors involved with each part, such as the geometry, design, weight, materials or final location.
Once the part has left our facilities, we remain in constant contact with the customer, thus guaranteeing proper follow-up of our work. We recommend processes and preventive maintenance for post-painting and provide ongoing technical advice with the ability to offer instant solutions for any incident that may arise.

Once we receive the request, we study the characteristics and conditions of the part to ensure that it meets the corresponding needs. When the piece is already painted we put emphasis on post-painting with a technical vision and special attention to any incidences.
