In collaboration with Bellapart, we participated in the refurbishment of the Zurich Building in Madrid, Spain in 2016. Known as the “blue building”, this project included the exterior cladding, façade and walls, applying C4 grade anti-corrosion coating.
The application of C4 grade anti-corrosion coating to the Zurich Building ensures that the metal surfaces are protected against corrosion, moisture and other adverse environmental factors. This protection is crucial to maintaining the structural and aesthetic integrity of the building, especially in a city like Madrid, where climatic variations and daily pollution can significantly affect buildings.
The Zurich Building received the “3 Diamond Award” in 2017, recognising it as the most efficient building in Spain. This award highlights not only the excellence of the building’s design and construction, but also its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. The combination of innovative design with advanced protection and energy efficiency technologies makes the Zurich Building a benchmark in modern architecture.
