In 2010, we collaborated on the construction of the Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao, Spain. This project stood out for its innovative and functional design, incorporating an imposing and elegant lobby completely enclosed by a structural pavilion. The curved façade of the building is supported by columns, which adds a distinctive look to the architecture.
The project included the application of C5 grade anti-corrosion coating to the tower’s metal structures. The choice of C5 protection guarantees long-term robust defence against corrosion, preserving the structural integrity of the building.
The architectural design of the Iberdrola Tower harmoniously combines aesthetic and functional elements. The enclosed lobby provides a welcoming and safe space for occupants and visitors, while the curved façade and columns not only add a visually appealing appearance, but also optimise the building’s interior space allocation and energy efficiency.
