Our more than 8,500 m² facilities are equipped with the latest technology in the surface treatment sector and, thanks to this, we can offer our clients specialised service providing solutions for each sector’s specific needs.
Our facilities allow us to engage in the following:
Automatic and manual shot blasting of all types of parts
With our vertical and horizontal shot blasting machines, we can process large and voluminous pieces, even with complex geometries.
Puttying and special preparations
We have a team of professionals specialised in puttying and surface preparation, even for highly demanding parts or parts with special requirements.
Treatments for large parts
We have facilities that allow us to treat large and heavy pieces (up to 16 m²).
Treatments for complex or delicate parts
We offer painting treatments that meet the specific needs of each part. We take into account that the whole process meets the necessary requirements.
Aesthetic/cosmetic treatments
For parts that require an aesthetic or cosmetic finish, we offer paint treatments that provide high durability and wear resistance.
Special protective treatments
For special applications, we offer paint treatments that provide additional protection from corrosion, impact or abrasion.
Zinc plating treatments
For parts requiring special corrosion protection, we offer zinc plating treatments.
