Other services
At Mestres Pintura Industrial we believe that the success of any industrial painting process depends on an integrated vision of all the stages of the process. This vision also helps us to specialise in treatments which are complementary to painting.
It’s also how we can treat parts in a customised way and achieve the necessary characteristics to make them completely free of impurities and contaminants.

Shot blasting
A metallic substrate cleaning process which involves the high speed projection of abrasive particles onto the surface to be treated. These particles, called shot, remove contaminants such as rust, paint, burrs and other debris. It’s also the ideal preparation prior to coating since it enhances adhesion on any clean, sanitised surface.

Zinc plating
Zinc plating, also known as galvanising, is a process of coating metal surfaces with a layer of zinc to protect them from corrosion. This process is widely used in the painting industry to improve the durability of various metal products, especially those exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Technical advice prior to painting
Hand in hand analysis of the coating needs and requirements. The purpose is to establish the system that is best suited to meet each customer’s needs. At Mestres Pintura Industrial, we recommend technical improvements applicable to the design in order to increase the performance and durability of any project.

Assembly
Mestres Pintura Industrial aims to work closely with customers, suggesting possible improvements and sharing the benefits thereof, as well as providing a service with greater added value.

Storage
At Mestres Pintura Industrial, we offer storage space for sequential deliveries that adapt to our customers’ assembly flows.

Masking
We offer masking solutions for all areas not to be coated. We have the engineering to adapt any non-standard masking and provide solutions compatible with the painting process.

Puttying
We carry out the puttying process to complete the anti-corrosion system. Seal areas susceptible to rust and cover those areas to avoid a weak coating process. The main areas to be treated are joints, cracks or overlaps in different welded mechanisms, among others.
