At Mestres Pintura Industrial, we have more than 100 years of experience in the industrial painting sector.
Our work process is based on a 360º methodology which allows us to guarantee maximum quality and durability for all our industrial coating and advanced surface treatment projects.
Our history dates back to 1920 when our founder Francesc Mestres Cabanes opened a small creative painting business in Manresa (Barcelona), continuing with the lineage of painters specialising in creating beautiful and luminous paint colours for ceilings, houses, urban furniture…
Almost three decades later, in 1948, his son, Lluís Mestres Marcet, opened a workshop for industrial painting for automobiles, thus initiating a new era far removed from the family tradition of creative painting.
Years later, Lluís Mestres Caballol (the current CEO), the son of Lluís Mestres Marcet and grandson of Francesc Mestres Cabanes, was in charge of transforming and modernising the industrial painting business.
In 1992, we put the first robotised painting line into operation; it allowed us to work with parts of different formats and sizes. At the same time, we started working in our facilities with a fully automated treatment tunnel for degreasing, phosphating and painting with powder coating.
We then moved in 1988 to the Sant Isidre Industrial Park in Sant Fruitós de Bages, where we continue working nowadays.
New challenges are currently driving us to maintain constant innovation and excellence as we learn new ways to work in the industrial painting sector.
For more than 100 years, we have carried out traditional jobs, high quality technical coatings and large industrial projects, meeting all kinds of needs.
The technical rigour and quality of our coatings have earned us recognition with the main national and international quality certification authorities, and this is how we have been awarded approvals that prove the optimal performance of our work.
Thanks to this recognition, we have been able to access highly specialised professional sectors with diverse needs, such as the industrial sector, architecture, urban furniture and the railway sector, among many others.

At Mestres Pintura Industrial, we believe that the success of any industrial painting process depends on an integrated vision of all the phases involved. For this reason, we have developed our own methodology with added value that allows us to guarantee absolute quality, strength and durability for any type of part.
This methodology goes beyond the mere application of the painting of a part as it’s based on a combination of our 100 years of experience and history and our 360º methodology of the painting process. In addition, our constant focus on innovation allows us to identify and correct any issues that may affect painting needs throughout the process, and adapt to the sector by continuously evolving and improving.
Thus, thanks to this constant monitoring of the parts we work with and our 360º methodology, we manage to maintain the standards of quality and excellence in a continuous and long-lasting manner.
Our work begins before we receive the part, when we study the conditions of the part in order to offer the best solution according to your needs.
Once we receive it, we carry out all the necessary processes and treatments to achieve the best finish, guaranteeing quality, durability and resistance.
Once the part has left our facilities, we remain in constant contact with the customer, thus guaranteeing proper follow-up of our work.
