In collaboration with Bellapart, we worked on the painting of the Dome at the Ernst & Young offices in Luxembourg City.
The dome was manufactured from steel profiles, a material known for its strength and durability. To ensure the longevity and protection of the structure, category C5 anti-corrosion coating was applied. This category is one of the highest in the classification of corrosive environments and is essential for structures exposed to extreme conditions such as humidity, salinity and other corrosive agents.
One of the most remarkable aspects of this dome is its roof, designed to be nearly invisible for a modern, minimalist look without compromising the structure’s functionality and protection.
The main challenge in this project was the large dimensions of the different modules forming the dome. Handling and assembling these modules required precision and coordination, ensuring that each part integrated seamlessly without compromising the structural integrity or the anti-corrosion coating.
